The MB&F Legacy Machine Perpetual EVO ref. 07.T.GU is a 44 mm perpetual calendar in Grade 5 titanium with an openworked green CVD dial plate. It is the sportier evolution of the award-winning Legacy Machine Perpetual, whose movement was designed for MB&F by Irish watchmaker Stephen McDonnell. Instead of a traditional perpetual calendar mechanism, it uses a “mechanical processor” that tracks month lengths and leap years automatically. Day, date, month and a retrograde leap year indicator sit in separate subdials, with a large balance wheel suspended above the dial. The EVO adds a monobloc shock-absorbing system called FlexRing, a screw-down crown for 80 m of water resistance and a fitted rubber strap, making it the most durable and wearable Machine MB&F has made. It is powered by a hand-wound movement with a 72-hour power reserve, visible through the sapphire caseback. The green titanium version was replaced by an icy blue dial in 2024, so this reference is no longer in production.
