1. Introduction and Scope

Welcome to SRK Haute Horlogerie (the “Website”), owned and operated by NQG Timepieces Pvt Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Singapore with its principal place of business at Level 22, Tower B, Ngee Ann City, Orchard Road, 238874, Singapore.

By accessing our Website or placing an order with us, you (“Client” or “Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not purchase products from us.

2. Business Nature and Product Condition

2.1 Independent Dealer Status

We are an independent dealer of high-end horological timepieces. We are not an authorized dealer, distributor, or affiliated with the manufacturers of the watches we sell (unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific brands). All trademarks and brand names mentioned are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

2.2 Product Condition

We sell Brand New and Pre-Owned timepieces. We do not deal in Vintage pieces.

Brand New: Watches that are unworn and typically come with original box and papers.
Pre-Owned: Watches that have been previously owned. While we strive to describe all items accurately, pre-owned items may show minor signs of wear consistent with their age and history.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

3.1 Currency

The official transaction currency of SRK Haute Horlogerie is the United States Dollar (USD).

3.2 Ordering Process

Our Website operates as a catalogue and lead generation platform. It does not offer instant "checkout" functionality.

Prices listed on the Website are subject to change without notice.

A binding contract for sale is formed only when: (a) You have inquired about a specific timepiece; (b) We have confirmed availability and price via invoice; and (c) We have received full payment in cleared funds.
Pricing Errors: In the event a watch is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed.

4. Shipping, Duties, and Transfer of Risk

4.1 Shipping and Insurance

We ship globally to the UK, USA, Australia, and other approved jurisdictions. All shipments are fully insured by us during transit.

4.2 Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer immediately upon delivery to the address provided by the Buyer. A signature by any person at the delivery address shall be deemed as sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment of our obligations.

4.3 Duties and Taxes (DAP - Delivered At Place)

All prices quoted are exclusive of international taxes unless stated otherwise.

Buyer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all Import Duties, VAT, Goods and Services Tax (GST), Customs Fees, and any other levies imposed by the destination country.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

5. Returns and Authenticity Guarantee

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND.

5.1 All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

"Change of mind" or "Buyer's remorse";
Incorrect sizing (it is the Buyer's responsibility to verify size before purchase);
Disliking the aesthetic upon receipt.

5.2 Authenticity Guarantee

We are committed to the authenticity of every timepiece we sell. We provide a 7-Day Guarantee (from the date of sale) regarding the authenticity of the watch.

5.3 Dispute Protocol for Authenticity

If you believe a timepiece purchased from us is not authentic, you must strictly follow this procedure:

Notification: You must notify us within 7 calendar days of the date of sale.

Verification: You are free to have the watch authenticated at your own cost by an independent and reputable authenticator or the Manufacturer's Head Office.

Required Evidence: You must provide a written report from the authenticator detailing why the timepiece is determined to not be authentic.

Return for Inspection: The watch must be returned to us via registered, fully insured delivery at your cost. It must be received by us within 7 calendar days of your notification.

Condition: The watch must be returned in the exact same condition as sold (unworn, unaltered, undamaged) with all original boxes, papers, and accessories. We utilize a 70-point verification process to document the condition of every watch before sale and will check returned items against this record.

5.4 Refund Eligibility

Verification: Upon receipt, we will verify the watch via our in-house experts AND an independent authenticator.

Refund Approval: A refund will be approved only if the watch is found to be not authentic by a minimum of two parties (the Client's authenticator and SRK/Independent expert).

Disagreement: If there is a difference in opinion, SRK will select a third independent authenticator to act as the final arbiter.

Payout: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of the final report issuance via the original payment method only. Refunds are never made to third parties.

5.5 False Claims

If the timepiece is verified to be authentic after inspection:

The return will be rejected.
SRK will invoice the Client for all authentication costs and re-shipping fees.
The watch will be returned to the Client only after these fees are paid.

6. Warranty

6.1 Manufacturer Warranty

If the timepiece is sold with a valid Manufacturer’s Warranty, the Manufacturer is solely responsible for remedying any defects. You must contact the Manufacturer or their authorized service center directly for repairs.

6.2 SRK 1-Year Limited Warranty

For watches where the Manufacturer’s Warranty has expired, SRK provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty starting from the date of purchase.

Coverage: This warranty covers only the mechanical function of the watch movement and its timekeeping accuracy.
Exclusions: This warranty does NOT cover:
- Water damage.
- External damage (scratches, dents) to the case, bracelet, crystal, or bezel.
- Damage caused by shock, drops, or improper handling.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., leather strap aging).
- Intervention or opening of the watch by any third party other than SRK.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price actually paid by the Buyer for the specific item in dispute.
We make no representation that the operation of our Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
