1. Our Commitment to Trust

At SRK Haute Horlogerie, we want our clients to always feel comfortable and secure in their relationship with us. We recognize the unfortunate rise of bad actors within the luxury asset industry and the impact of fake or stolen watches on collectors.

For over 20 years, our reputation has been built on a fundamental value: 100% Legitimacy. We are strictly committed to the authenticity of every timepiece we offer. You can rest assured that any acquisition from SRK Haute Horlogerie is:

• 100% Authentic and Original.
• Verified Provenance: Checked to ensure it is not stolen.
• Trusted Sourcing: Sourced directly from manufacturers or validated partners we know intimately.

2. All Sales Are Final

To maintain the integrity of our inventory and pricing, all sales are final.We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• "Change of mind" or "Buyer's remorse."
• Incorrect sizing or fit.
• Aesthetic preferences after delivery.

Please ensure you have reviewed all images, descriptions, and sizing details before finalizing your purchase.

3. The Exception: 7-Day Authenticity Guarantee

We stand by our commitment to authenticity. We provide a 7-Day Guarantee (starting from the date of sale) specifically for any timepiece that is claimed to be inauthentic.

If you believe a watch purchased from us is not authentic, you may initiate a dispute by following the strict protocol below.

Step 1: Independent Verification

You are free to have the watch authenticated at your own cost. We will respect the conclusion of a verification performed by:

1. The Head Office of the Manufacturer (or its recognized authorized distributor); OR
2. An Independent and Reputable Authenticator (subject to SRK’s discretion regarding their standing).

Step 2: Notification

If the authenticator deems the watch inauthentic, you must:

• Notify SRK immediately within the 7-calendar day window.
• Provide a written report from the authenticator detailing the specific reasons for their conclusion.

Step 3: Return for Inspection

• The watch must be returned to SRK within 7 calendar days of your notification.
• Condition: The watch must be returned in the exact same condition as sold—unworn, unaltered, and undamaged. We utilize a 70-point verification process to document every watch before it leaves our care; returned items will be checked against these records.
• Accessories: All original boxes, papers, and literature must be included.
• Shipping: You must send the watch via registered delivery, fully insured, at your own cost.

4. Dispute Resolution & Refunds

Upon receipt of the watch, SRK will conduct a full verification using our in-house experts AND a third-party independent authenticator (or Manufacturer).

• Refund Approval: A refund will be issued only if the watch is found to be not authentic by a minimum of two parties (your authenticator and ours).
• Disagreement: If there is a difference in opinion between reports, SRK will select a third neutral authenticator to act as the final arbiter.
• Processing: If confirmed inauthentic, a full refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of the final report issuance.
• Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method (wire transfer or credit card). No third-party refunds are permitted.

False Claims

If the timepiece is verified to be authentic after our inspection:

1. SRK will invoice you for all authentication fees and re-shipping costs.
2. The watch will be returned to you only after these costs are paid.

5. Mechanical Warranty

While we do not accept returns for mechanical issues, we do support the functionality of your timepiece.

• Manufacturer Warranty: If valid, the watch is covered by the original brand warranty.
• SRK Limited Warranty: For watches outside their factory warranty, SRK offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty covering the watch’s movement and timekeeping function. This excludes water damage, shock/drop damage, and external wear.
