At 41mm this is the larger of Patek's current Nautilus cases, and the blue sunburst dial shifts tone as the light moves across the horizontal ribbing embossed into the surface. Ref. 5811/1G-001 runs on the automatic Calibre 26-330 S C, cased in white gold. Brand new, complete with box and papers.
