In 2020, Patek Philippe released the 5370P-011, evolving the dial-colour of the Reference to from black to blue enamel while maintaining the in-house calibre CH29-525 PS with its 6 patents and minimum of 65-hour power reserve. Measuring 41mm in diameter, the case is crafted from 950 platinum with white gold Breguet numerals and the traditional baguette-cut diamond in the bezel at 6 o'clock.

As with most Patek Philippe timepieces in this category of complication, production was limited. With the 5370P being discontinued in 2025, this is a Reference that has notched up another level in the desirability and collectability categories.
