Fitting a full perpetual calendar into the slim Nautilus case without disrupting Genta's original proportions was a genuine engineering challenge, and the ultra-thin Calibre 240 Q is what makes it possible. Ref. 5740/1G is cased in white gold at 40mm with a blue sunburst dial. Brand new, complete with box and papers.
