A fully paved diamond dial on a platinum Daytona is about as far from Rolex's sporting roots as the reference gets, every hour marker and chronograph register disappears into the diamond setting. Ref. 116576TBR runs on Calibre 4130. It was in like-new condition, complete with box and papers, and has since sold.
