Introduced at Watches & Wonders Geneva 2026, the 5270P-017 revisits Patek Philippe's landmark perpetual calendar chronograph in a fully polished platinum case with a concave bezel, paired with a striking red lacquered dial and black-gradient rim, a rare tonal departure for a reference more commonly associated with understated classicism. It is powered by the manually wound CH 29-535 PS Q caliber, combining a perpetual calendar with a column-wheel chronograph across 456 parts and six patented chronograph innovations. Faceted white gold hour markers and dauphine-style hands sit against the lacquered dial, with day and month shown in a double aperture at 12 o'clock, and day/night and leap year indications in round apertures. The watch is fitted to a fabric strap with a platinum fold-over clasp.
